We gather only voluntary submissions - Information that clients provide through the Registration Agreement and Client Information Questionnaire when signing up for BC Artisan’s advertising service.

Our website hosting service tracks user traffic patterns throughout all of its sites. The following statements are taken from their privacy policy and are for your information only. BC Artisan is in no way responsible for this tracking and cannot be held liable:

• Visitor and User Tracking
  We (the Hosting service) tracks user traffic patterns throughout all of our sites. However, we do not correlate this visitor information with data about individual users. We do break down overall usage statistics according to a Member's domain name, browser type and MIME type by reading this information from the browser string.

• We sometimes track and catalogue the search terms that users enter in our Search function, but this tracking is not associated with individual users. We use tracking information to determine which areas of our sites users like and don't like based on traffic to those areas. We do not individually track what users read, but rather how well each page performs overall. This helps us continue to build a better service for our users.

BC Artisan uses reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural measures to safeguard personally identifiable information in our possession against loss, theft and unauthorized use, disclosure or modification. We limit access to personal information about you to employees whom we believe reasonably need that information to provide support, products, or services to you or to fulfil their roles within our organization. No information will be published on BC Artisan’s client web pages without said client’s approval.

All payment procedures of BC Artisan operate on secure data networks protected by industry standard firewall and password protection systems. Only authorized individuals have access to the information provided by our customers. BC Artisan secures all billing information and this data may be stored by our payment processors and vendors, and are subject to their respective privacy policies and terms.
